I went to sweden for the rodeo magazine / ycn party party to do a live painting.
valero doval went over too and his wonderful work adorned the bar (which had free vodka- sweet)
For some reason lots of people pull poses like this when there’s a camera around….

THE HERE AND NOW
April 24, 2008
i am so excited to be involved in this..
MUCH TO ANSWER FOR, MUCH TO GIVE.
PV: 8th May 2008, 7pm - late.
DreamBagsJaguarShoes, 32 Kingsland Road. London. E2.
A year and a bit ago, with heads adrift on the sea of fountain juice, co-conspirators Greg Finch (Cide Skate shop) and Suzy Q & the Owls, came to an epiphany in the small hours of the morning. They say you always find the solution to the worlds problems in the bottom of a whiskey glass and then promptly forget two minutes later but through some strange force of habit Suzy Q just happened to pen the ideas down.
“careless, wild evenings are romantic and that but only ever to those involved…”
Time and time again we take a look at life, at images, music or a funny anecdote and wonder just how we can capture that moment so that everyone can join in. The Here and Now is just that. With life’s pace being just short of light speed, we try to pick the best of what is going on in our world and bring it together in a bit of a haphazard, colourful and playful way, showcasing our favourite happenings along the way.
The Here and Now London brings together artists, creatives, friends, family and their bits and bobs, produced purposefully but sometimes not and provides a platform to showcase their work. We are an umbrella company which on many different levels supports and promotes the vast amount of creativity surrounding us through events, exhibitions, publications and garments whilst most importantly, having fun every step of the way.
The Here and Now is here and now…
Much to answer for, much to give is the here and now’s first group exhibition. It brings together an exciting mix of artists including, suzy Q & the owls, French, Chrissie Abbott, PWBC, Thomas Richardson, Ira Doinikova, Claire Scully, Rob Mathieson, James Edson, Richard Gilligan, Jody Barton, Berry Patten, Roadkill Zine (Craig Questions & Quiet Dan), Valerie Phillips, Graham Mitchell, Ashley Brown and Stefan Marx.

April 13, 2008
Thursday night was the private view.
Thank you so much to everyone that came along. Lots of people were very very nice to me which was nice. I liked it. Also a million gazillion thank you’s to lady vickie hayward and lord christopher hopkins for their tremendous help, and for providing fun and entertainment throughout the whole set up time.
Here are some pictures, more to come at some point I reckon.

Also here are some bags I’m selling.
They are well sturdy and screen printed with my own slightly mangled hands.
Clours available are blue, green, fluro pink, fluro orange.
email me if you want one, they are a cool twelve squid.

SWEDEN!
January 18, 2008
In November me and Ms Mak went to Stockholm as I had a bit o work in the YCN Urban Outfitters show over there.
It was freeeeezing but amazing.
I didn’t take any pictures of the show because I sort of overslept and got there really late.
Thank you to Josefine for all the organisation and help and fun.
